About Willows Cattery
Willows Cattery is a family-run boarding cattery set on a private estate in Ifold, West Sussex and close to the Surrey and Hampshire Borders.
Overlooking our tranquil gardens, we provide a calm, safe and comfortable environment where your cat can relax while you are away.
Our premises are fully secure with alarm systems and 24-hour CCTV monitoring for complete peace of mind.
Our resident tortoises, Mr and Mrs, help keep a gentle watch over the gardens.
Our Experience & Care
With over 30 years of experience, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care for every guest.
Andrew and Darren have worked at Willows for over 19 years and have owned the cattery since 2019. This gives us extensive experience in caring for cats with a wide range of needs.
Andy is also trained in Feline Psychology & Behaviour, First Aid, Microchipping, Dog Fertility and Biosecurity for your peace of mind.
Accommodation
We have 13 spacious cat houses, each suitable for up to 4 cats from the same household. Every unit includes:
- Warm bedding
- Heating when required
- A covered outdoor run
- Views across our garden
Daily Care
We monitor each guest daily and keep detailed notes on:
- Health and wellbeing
- Appetite and behaviour
- Likes and dislikes
This allows us to provide truly personalised care during every stay.
Food & Medication
We ask owners to provide their cat’s usual food to avoid dietary upset. We can also administer medication and maintain your pet’s normal routine.
Visits & Assurance
We welcome pre-booking visits and are proud to hold a 5-star rating from Chichester District Council (25/00704/CAT_25).
Additional Services
Willows is also home to Willows K9 Fertility, offering specialist services for breeders including Microchipping, Cytology and Pregnancy Ultrasound.
